Requires one hours notice from pick up time otherwise a $30 fee will be charged

Cancellation Policy
Scheduled rides need 1 hour notice to cancel without a $30 charge. 

Unscheduled Rides / ASAP calls need to be cancelled within 5 minutes of booking otherwise a $30 fee will be charged

No Show
If the driver arrives to the pick up and you are not there for the ride or have left, a full ride fee will be charged. A 1-Hours prior notice is required for free cancellation
